Join us in Summerhill for an eight-week mindfulness course that aims to de-stress, relax and invigorate.
Time: 10.15am - 12.15pm

This 8 week course aims to:

improve your physical and mental well being

equip you with he skills to handle stressful situations

improve personal relationships at home and at work

live a life more at ease
Participants will learn several meditation practices and do some light yoga movements. This course is based in the internationally recognised Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course designed by Jon Kabuat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS).
