Supporting the #NotByMySelfie Campaign

We're supporting Age UK's #NotByMySelfie social media campaign. Like them, we believe no one should feel alone. Get involved by taking a 'selfie' with someone who means a lot to you and post your picture to social media with the #NotByMySelfie #ThirdAgeIreland.
Third Age works to make sure older people always have someone to talk to. Our Senior Help Line is a peer-to-peer listening service that is open 365 days a year, from 10am to 10pm. We receive thousands of calls from older people who are lonely or just simply want to chat. Senior Help Line is just one of many vital programmes run by Third Age.
Sage, our support and advocacy programme, gives a voice to older people in all care settings and wherever aging poses a challenge for individuals.
Fáilte Isteach offers free conversational English classes to migrants and is driven by older volunteer tutors who have a lifetime of experience and so much to give back to their communities.
